at the Fourth Street Garage across from the library on E. San
Fernando St.
DAYS before 6:00 PM: Weekday parking is fee-based; 75¢ for every 20 minutes, with a $15 maximum. Weekend days and holidays are free.
EVENINGS after 6:00 PM: The first hour is free, but otherwise a $2 flat rate applies to cars entering after 6:00 PM, seven nights a week.
Alternative FREE parking - subject to change - is available at the 4th & St. John Garage across from City Hall; Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM; weekends and holidays, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Access from N. 4th or N. 5th Street.
