Reserving a Study Room at a Branch
Group Study Rooms are available for customers to reserve at branches. Rooms can be reserved up to four days in advance and customers are limited to reserving them up to two hours (120 minutes) per day, in 30 minute blocks per library card. Customers may reserve the rooms online or in person on a catalog computer at the library. Staff may modify, add, or remove bookings via Springshare LibCal Admin login.
Staff should be observant of the use of the group study rooms and may need to let a customer know when their reservation is over if the next customer who has reserved the room is waiting. The rooms may not be used by customers who charge a fee for their services. Group Study Rooms are meant to be used by small groups or individuals who may need to conduct online interviews (maximum capacity allowed varies by location). Customers looking for a quiet room to study in should be directed to the branch’s Quiet Study Room.
